Ministry teams that help support the families and worship culture of PIA & the community at-large.
SURGE IN ACTION
Vision: Demonstrating the power of God through Intercessory Prayer, song, multimedia, and administration by putting works into action and in return causing a surge of power and anointing to bring change, knowledge and empowerment.
Group 1:
Minstrels of Warfare Community
(Singers & Musicians) and Dance Warriors
Psalm 150:4 “Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
Responsibilities: To exhort, lift, and encourage the body of Christ through song, dance, theatrics, praise, and worship. To charge the atmosphere/climate with pure and authentic praise and worship.
Group 2: Recharge Intercessors
Ephesians 6:18 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”
Responsibilities: To charge the atmosphere/climate with pure and authentic prayer. To pray on the behalf of Leadership, Ministry, people of God, our Nation, and etc. To lead Intercessory Prayer weekly and set Prayer Targets for the local body.
Group 3: P-Connect Community
Romans 10:14-15 “How beautiful are the feet of those who carry good news.”
In Biblical times, the only way to “carry” good news was to bring it physically, walking from one place to another. This group is responsible for creating quicker ways to spread the Good News through Technology. Technology is used today to open up broader avenues for communicating the Good News with quicker means.
Group Responsibilities:
Mediacom (audio, videos, live streaming, and T.V.)
Advertisers: church bulletins, newsletters, magazines, flyers, etc,
Intercoms: Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, and Websites
LOVE IN ACTION
Vision: Demonstrating the love of God through compassion, collaboration, Servitude & Giving of oneself
Romans 12:13 “When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.”
Love in Action consist of:
Greeters (Greet people at the door physically with a loving greeting and war spiritually to ward off anything that is negative that will try to enter in. Make sure order is exacted in the local church). Greet visitors and members before and after service.
Compassion (death, sick and shut ins):
Hospitality (event planning and servicing guest)

Vision: “Taking Kingdom to the Community”
Evangelistic Community
Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
Evangelistic Teams: Responsible for training and sending out teams to evangelize the lost. Evangelism add the fire to the ministry because people will develop a relationship with Christ, come to the knowledge of Christ and understand how they fit in the local body. They get the church fired up about New Projects and New Disciples.
Connector Community
Acts 20:35 “It is better to give than to receive.”
Proverbs 19:17 “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD.”
Storehouse Ministry: Ensures that food, toiletries, and household items are stored and distributed by every 4th Sunday of each month. Partnerships are also available.
School & Office Supplies Project: (For Schools and Group Homes)
Thanksgiving Project: (October 15-November 15) Distribution date TBA
Power Tree Toy Project: (November 15-December 15) Distribution date TBA
