| Pastor James “Tony” Hall
A humble man of God with a heart for the overlooked and underserved would be the accurate way to describe Pastor James Hall. Raised in Chesapeake, VA, James has been dedicated to walking with Jesus for the past 24 years. As a natural servant, Pastor James began serving in his local church as a deacon in 2003 where he took pleasure in being behind the scenes and assisting the leadership of Faith in Action Church in Norfolk, VA. Before relocating to Georgia, James also served as his Apostle’s armor bearer and as a dedicated servant for the ministry.
In Georgia, James and his family discovered their assignment to liberate and empower people through both ministry and the marketplace. James is the Executive Director of TNT Cleaning Services where he provides residential and commercial cleaning services. James’s business also feeds the passion of his heart by allowing him to care for the elderly through ensuring that their homes are clean and comfortable.
In addition to being a bold and powerful teacher of the Word, James also leads Mighty Men; a group that ministers to the the wholistic makeup of men. He brings empowerment weekly in the form of “Mancave Moments.” Mancave Moments are designed to be a safe haven for men to come together to talk about issues and gain information for transformation. His desire is to see the fire of God ablaze in God’s men.
Pastor Hall has an equal commitment to assisting at-risk youth. Fueled by his personal deliverance and transformation experience, he is passionate in supporting and mentoring young men who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, and psychological disorders.
If asked, Pastor James would assure you his greatest joy is his assignment as husband and father. He has been married to his teammate, co-pastor, best friend, and greatest support, Apostle Trineene Hall, for 22 years. Together they are the parents of 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, their family launched Power in Action Church in 2021.

Trineene Hall is a native of Chesapeake, VA and currently reside in Buford, GA. She is a devoted wife to Pastor James Hall and mother who devotes her time to her family and others in her sphere of relations and influence. Trineene is a devout Christian with 25 years of preaching experience and 10 years of leadership training and development. She believes that if the foundation of the family or organizational structure is stable, it gives birth to unlimited possibilities.
Trineene Hall has earned a B.A. in Sociology from Norfolk State University, M.S. in Professional Counseling, M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and graduated Valediction of FIA School of Theology with an Associates in Biblical Studies. She is the founder and Pastor of Power in Action Church alongside her husband, James Hall and they sit respectfully under the Apostolic leadership of Apostle Marvin and Pastor Denise Smith of Faith in Action Church in Norfolk. VA. Their church motto is “to energize the world with biblical truths while creating movements of change”. She is also the Founder and CEO of Holistic Development in Action, LLC., a consulting company that helps organizations get established and assist them with development. She is also a Behavior Specialist with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and has a passion for individuals with special needs.
Trineene is passionate about God and His people and as a result, feel that society needs a holistic approach to different facets of their lives, while promoting growth and development. The Holistic Approach will reach out to individuals spiritually, relationally, socially, psychologically, educationally, and financially.
She has led many groups such as, Women groups, Mentorship for At-Risk Youth, Marital Relations, and Psychoeducation. Trineene Hall is a reputable leader in the community and brings an array of skills that can help individuals or ministries to reach its next level of success according to the Word of God!
